Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern use of the public website before any separate full-stack engineering agreement is made.
This site provides general information about full-stack engineering and product development. Its examples, prompts and interactive materials are explanatory only. They are not legal, security, accessibility-compliance, financial, medical, employment or platform-policy advice for a particular product. Each product team remains responsible for its own requirements, risks, security posture and technical decisions.
Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, promise a delivery or provide engineering services. If Zexomarin and a client choose to work together, scope, fees, timeline, responsibilities, asset access, intellectual property, confidentiality, security practices, acceptance criteria and post-release support will be agreed in a separate written arrangement before work begins.
You may use this site for lawful personal or business-evaluation purposes. Do not disrupt the website, introduce harmful code, bypass protections, scrape contact information, impersonate someone, submit confidential system material through public fields or reproduce original materials as an unrelated product or service. Access may be restricted where use is abusive or unlawful.
The Zexomarin name, original text, visual system and website assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Substantial copying, resale, republication or adaptation requires prior written permission.
Zexomarin may update, suspend or remove website material as the studio evolves. These terms are interpreted under applicable law in the place where Zexomarin operates unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue as far as the law allows.
